    Default Report Card

ok folks, it's time for a report card and you get to give us your marks.

How do you think we're doing overall?
How do you think our products are doing? (you can be specific if you'd like)
How do you think support has been?
Do you like the way we are going with IndexU?
Have I made good on the promises I have offered in the last few months?

Any opinions or comments? Lay it on me, I want to hear it all.

A poll would be good for this thread as well as comments too

The changes have been good! It feels like NiceCoder is really paying attention to its clients and trying to accommodate everyone as best as possible.

The addition of the programmers have made a HUGE difference in the NiceCoder products. Not only are we seeing updates to the flag ship product, IndexU, on a regular basis, but the additional programs and updates to existing programs have been good too!

I haven't really needed to use it that much, but anytime I shoot you off an e-mail or PM, your quick to respond and guide me through anything Thanks for that!!

I dont see any problems on its current direction. Monthly updates, new plugins, the ability to easily upgrade IndexU, new features... At the moment, I cant think of anything that is lacking, so to speak

Although I backed all the changes when they were first announced, I was also a skeptic on if they were really going to come through with the promises. I think I can say at this point that NiceCoder is definitely keeping up with its end of the bargain!

My only comment would be to please not get complacent!! NiceCoder has definitely made some GREAT changes in the last few months and it would be ashame if the company started to 'slack'. Thats not to say NiceCoder is slacking or looks like it will, but my point is to keep up the good work.

My comments could be seen as 'brown noising'... But I firmly believe that when things aren't going well, you hold someones feet to the fire... But when they are going well, it also deserves a pat on the back!! So NiceCoder... Here's your pat on the back... Now dont make me have to light an inferno on your ass! LOL

Basically I think IndexU is a great CMS for making directories and indexes, and support service is even more efficient.

I think that indexu code is very complex, and it is not organized very well, in fact there are a lot of file not properly organized into directories, and reach a file to modify, sometimes, can be very hard.

Comparing indexu with some professional board, I think the structure of indexu can be done better. I'm NOT saying IndexU do not work well.

Also to an economical point of view the communities developed around IndexU are very strange.. because IndexU have a price (as regular) but also all others mod and plugin are avaible on payment, and this is quite strage respect all others good CMS.
