My Unlimited license now limited or worse denied

I bought an unlimited license, but now when I log into the clients area it does not allow me to download script and additionally down towards the bottom of the page it states that I have ordered an upgrade and it has expired.

I have not requested an upgrade nor do I plan to. The very reason I chose your product was because it came with no recurring fees.


Can you please fix my account and allow me to download what I paid for? I tried the IDESK and they said they could not help me; they said I had to email Dody. I did twice and have not heard back. Its been two days and I dont know what else to do.

I would like what I paid for and I DO NOT appreciate being upgraded without my consent.

Guys I love your produt but what is going on? I understand you what to make more money but not at the expense of loyal users. Please please fix my accout as soon as possible.

If you choose not to upgrade and you're having license issues then send a message to Dody. I don't have access to licenses so there's nothing I can do to help you.

You got rid of the upgrade issue but I still can't download zips it says Access denied llicense is inactive or has expired"
