    Default Licence Pending Notification

Posting here because I'm not sure about the Help Desk's reliability -- Dody has also been PM.

I have a new license for IndexU deluxe. It has not been installed, and from the information in the client area, is not assigned yet to any particular domain. In any event, I can no longer log into my admin area for either of my sites. It takes me back to NiceCoder, and gives me the following message:

    Your License is Pending Release

    Scenarios for a Pending License:
    1) The site administrator has not released your license
    2) This order has an outstanding balance as of now

What is going on??? This is very concerning.

I spoke with Dody last night (before you posted this) and he says your license(s) should all be good to go.

Apparently John doesn't know the license system very well so when I got him to help it may have ended up that he didn't help very much, but I got Dody to go over everyone's licenses that had needed looking at in the last few days and he said you were fixed up.

I have no idea what's going on. The administrative access to my two active sites now redirects me back to Nicecoder. Help is needed.

If you upgraded to Deluxe then you would have the page where it says that 5.x licenses are no longer valid after you upgrade. You need to replace your licenses with new licenses from the client area.

    Thanks, Bruce, that worked

BTW, it did not redirect to "the page where it says that 5.x licenses are no longer valid after you upgrade." The page for both was exactly as copied here.
