    Angry Important Important!!!

    Please i need help i still waiting from this morning because i cannot register the extractor tool (always says incorret serial!!)!!! BUT I HAVE PAYED!!!!!!! PAYED AND I CANNOT USE IT! NOBODY ANSWER ME!!!!
    I'm WORKING NOT PLAYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Shareware version doesn't work... always export the same directory and not the chosen one....

    PLEASE CONTACT ME OR REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i will buy another tool with script if nobody want to solve this trouble... my time is money and i have just losen money today...

    very angry!

    Default Don't worry...help is on the way

    Customer service is very good, just allow at least 24 hours for a reply. I would recommend creating a ticket for Dody or Zuby.

    There are many helpful people in this forum...but this is an issue that I think you should address through the helpdesk.

    Three posts, three different categories

    I've never had a client that expected me to have something done within 20 minutes that usually takes several hours! lol Either this guy has some demanding clients, or promised to start doing it a month ago and has been sleeping in the mean time

    Tell ya what, you give me VNC access to your computer and your login to the client center and I'll install the software on your computer and enter the code.

    You can watch me VNC so you can see nothing goes wrong, and then change your password to the client area after I'm done. Total time is about 5 minutes.

    The answer to the unasked question is yes, I will use a screen recorder to record everything I do so you can't come back and say I messed with your computer which will even include a clock so you can't say I edited the video either.

    And I'm even willing to this all for free, just to help you and your clients out. AND if the registration code really doesn't work, I'll do 10 free dmoz single category dumps for you. (just so you're aware that means top/sports/ or top/arts and entertainment, it does NOT include doing /top/).

    And if I can get your dmoz extractor to work, I'll even help you (on the forum here) learn how to use it.

    Next step is for you to accept or decline.

    And by the way, this post isn't about a bug report so it should have never been posted here.

    big font maybe i'm loosing a work for this tool that i cannot register...

    for use vnc is difficult because it would be better if u explain why i cannot reg it... in the tool i need to insert: Name (i think shoul be massxxx stixxa) company (the compan7y) and the code which is shown on the nicecoder site(for me is impossible just 5 letter/number)... but it's impossible..always says incorret... now i need this tool or someone refund it... i cannot wait another 48h.. my customer get mad...he needs it...

    Sure.. I've had plenty of customers that demanded things to be done in an unreasonable amount of time... Then I told them their expectations were unreasonable and either they could have a little more patients or go somewhere else.... But that if they went somewhere else, they weren't going to get it done any faster than me!

    Your not doing yourself any favors here man! Just relax... Take a pill, smoke something... It will get all worked out!! Have you created a HelpDesk Ticket yet???

    The reg code for the Extreme DMOZ Extractor is longer than 5 characters.

    Without giving anything away, it is more than 10 characters long.

    i think so but if no developer write me an explain why i have only five...
    i please all you... i need to finish work... my customer go on holyday... please...... i have only 5 letter in serial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i don'w know...

    it's my nightmare...
    it takes 1 min to check serial and send it again to me!!!! 1 min!!! please now it's 2 days.... pleaseeeee

    So you find that everyone jumps to help you when you shout swear and scream at them? because personally i jsut want to poke you in the retina. Sure its annoying, but how is anyone on the forum going to help ? none of us have access to serial numbers... submit a help ticket and wait, tell your customer their dmoz clone will be ready shortly, and start thinking up excuses why nobody ever visits it. Unless your client is as stressed out as you are, im pretty sure they will understand.

    Thats not to say i dont think you have a right to complain, you clearly do, you should get a response soon though usually 1-2 days for support tickets.

    If you do get a refund, may I suggest that you use the money for anger management classes... maybe to purchase some valume... Or maybe just save the money and cancel your internet access. Obviously you are wayyyyy too high strung to be working on the net!
