    Unhappy I can't download what I pay for

    I am trying to download "indexu_5_4_1.zip" from the client area and is telling me I can not download it.
    "access Denied this license is not active or your upgrade period has expired"

    But on the top info.:
    License Created on: 11-24-2005 09:13:43
    License Activated on: 08-22-2006 11:53:40
    License Expires on: Never Expires
    Current License Status: Active

    I'm having the same problem Dody is trying to fix it for me. I suggest you contact (PM) him since it appears he's the only one that has access to fix this.

    Some users appear to have issues with downloading the files in their client area. I'm not sure what is causing this, but Dody is the only one that can fix it for you. Send him a message.

    That is the exact same message that I get trying to download Index Deluxe.

    Exclamation I have been waiting for over 2 week for this problem to be fix

    I have been waiting for over 2 week for this problem to be fix., so I can download indexu_5_4_1.zip in the client area, I have send PM to Dody to fixe up the problem and he reply with the following "What is your email address for nicecoder client area? I'll fix your account" and I have submitted 2 reply with the email and I am still waiting.

    You can't expect me to know your email address either, post it here or PM it to me and I'll get it looked into.

    kevin@whogotdeals.com cant download what he paid for (indexu deluxe)
    I upgrated one of my license but cant download it or see it but the time i got left for updates for deluxe is conting-down

    I specifically spoke with Dody about your email address and he stated it was fixed.

    ya he fixed 5.4.1 but i just upgrated one license to deluxe
