    Default how long will you to check a ticket one time?

    hello,do you know how long will nicecoder.com to check the ticket one time?
    one of my license expired 2 times and i am not sure why it is.
    now i want to re-install with the same domain but i ave no right to download it,
    i have opened 2 tickets over 48 hours,but on one replay the tickets and slove my problem,
    we have no time to spend on waiting and waiting,
    can anyone tell us how long the nicecoder.com to replay your ticket and fix the problem?
