editor request

Hello all my fellow nicecoder friends. I have a question please. Just got a request from this individual to be a editor on a category....Anyone have some advice on how and what I should do with this.......

First of all backup your database!

Then ask for background info, experience and references. Most people who work on the net can give you forums where you can ask how they perform, or some type of reference for sites they currently work for. Check up on them.

If you don't trust them then you can add them and see how they do. Remember you've got your backup so you can kick em off and run your backup.
