I first proposed an INDEXU Customer Appreciation Day in this post.
Would any one else like to have an INDEXU Customer Appreciation Day...??? Maybe get the whole NICECODER team to spend the day responding to customer questions and posts. Maybe documenting some of the features and post the results at the end of the day...??? Maybe look at some of the old posts and not-so-old posts that did not receive an adequate answer and that are still relevant and answer those...???
Maybe it could help heal the current rupture in the customer/company relations.
Just a one-time deal for now. but maybe annually. but daily would be nice.
