Is it possible to change the email address that I used to access the nicecoder client area (to download indexu)?

I have stopped using the email address to which it was registered several years ago (in version 3 of indexu infact). Now I would like to reset it to my new email address and also reset the password (which I have since forgotten as well).

I have lodged a ticket with customer service several days ago but have not had any updates on the status whatsoever.

How can I do this? It must be damn simple to do because all one would have to do is find my old email address in the db and change it to the new one, isn't it?

Please help!
