. check your error logs.
also redo all the steps in the readme.txt. even the install part if you are not sure if all the tables got created.

I'm sure you're using 5.0.3. Why don't you use the latest version.
I'm able to login into admin page. But it make me suspect you're using nulled version. Please clarify this issue by email us at support@nicecoder.com with your indexu license key.
well, I have suggested folks identify which version of INDEXU they are using but to no avail.Originally Posted by dody

I thought I was using the latest version. This is the file name downloaded: indexu_5_1_0_lite_ioncubed.zip
The title of the version installed, however, indicates version 5.0.3??? ... with a blank admin panel ... suggestive, to me at least, of an encryption problem.
Help.
if the downloaded file says it is v5.1 Lite, then that is what it is. unfortunately dody hardcoded the version number in earlier versions and is still paying the price for that. you can ignore what you see when it displays the version number and go by what file you downloaded.Originally Posted by CEC

I have no clue as to why you are getting a blank page. It may have something to do with the encrypted version. But since other folks have installed it and run it, my money, for the momemt, is something went wrong as part of your installation process. My original advice still stands.![]()

thanks, doddy. yes, i hadn't even removed the install folder as i was trying to resolve the basic problem around admin access.
in any event, this now leads to a second problem -- this was downloaded and set up April 28
it said i was 'purchasing' version v5.1 Lite, the zip files said 5.1 Lite, but it was in reality 5.0.3. how do i get 5.1 Lite? ... and could this be causing the 'apparent' encryption problem?

I don't think it's ioncube problem. Almost all .php files are encoded, so if ioncube doesn't work, you could not install
Perhaps something goes wrong. Try to redownload 5.1.0 lite again.
the reinstall resolved the blank admin panel. thanks.
well, I give up....!Originally Posted by dody

I'm sorry it was my mistake. Somehow the old 5.0.3 lite is renamed as 5.1.0 lite by phpaudit and the correct 5.1.0 lite is deleted.
I've fixed it. If your download size is 4.4mb, then you have version 5.0.3. The correct size is 5.1mb for 5.1.0
