Add Catagory Gone!

Hello, first the program is awesome and I plan to upgrade soon. I went to edit a category then change my mind in the middle of changing and put the same name back in and hit submit but now the category is gone and I cant access the Admin add category page, any ideas on how to fix this? if a reinstall is needed how do I get what I have in it, saved. view at
