Will pay for fixing my botched upgrade

I am the new owner of launched.tv and a complete newbie. Purchased a new template to change the color & style a bit... uploaded it before realizing it was for newer version of indexu. Downloaded new version. Tried installing.

You will see that when you try to go to launched.tv now, you get this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: addfilter() in /home/launched/public_html/init.php on line 36

I don't know coding, and don't have any time right now, but I really need this site back up ASAP.

Will pay $30 paypal. If you think that's fair, email a quick note to admin@launched.tv with your experience level & how quickly you think you can have launched.tv back online. Or quote your price.

that error message means that you are missing the filter.lib.php file (or the file is corrupted) which should be located in the lib folder on your server.
