Customizing this to a working directory from basically scratch. Please let me know if you're interested and what budget you have in mind.

I think you'll find that you will get more responses if you give more detail as to what you want to achieve such as an overall look or color scheme.

Here is an outline of what I'd like done. I'm willing to pay hourly for your time or a flat fee. Just let me know. The site is www.link-loop.com

In my categories, when you click on "real estate" for example, you get all the links or listings that show up on that page. There is a refer, rate, visit and detail button put there by indexu.

I want a request link exchange button.

Site owner "A" hits that button

When that is hit, it notifies the owner of site "B" that he has an active link exchange request waiting.

Owner "B" Logs in, goes to his seperate "link exchange" or "account" page and sees owner "A"'s link request. It shows the link as it does in the category..with page rank etc. Next to or under this there are buttons...."Accept - Decline"

Owner "B" Hits accept. He is told that he will be notified when Owner "A" places his link on their site first.

Owner "A" gets an email stating he has a new job request and logs in to his account section.

He sees that owner "B" has accepted the link and is given the html code for the link tag for owner "B"'s site along with a spot to paste the exact location of where he placed that link on his site.

The system confirms it's there and sends an email to Owner "B" that says he has a new job. He logs in...get's the html code given to him by the system...pastes in the code below to the exact location of where he put that link on his page.

The system verifies and creates a log for him of his link exchange partners with a button that will allow him to verify the links at any time.

register, add a link...request a link exchange with a site in there. They're mostly all mine for now...it's a test site. What follows is exactly what I'd like to happen.

Also, I need a landing page.../new home page for link-loop that comes before the directory to explain what happens and how to join...how to exchange links...etc.
