Pay for custom work

Hi, like Bruce said me nicecoder dont want make any custom works for 5.2.0 or older versions then I search in the forum for if somebody can help me, I will pay by paypal for the next custom work:

- Modify my 5.2.0 version for not allow free submisions, now users cand add links without register and without pay ( http://www.dire.es/add.php?cat=245 ), and I want the users can add links without register but paying for the permanent submision.

I know in the 5.4.0 version this can be done easy but I prefer not upgrade becose the web had lot of modifications that not even remember...

nobody? or some idea like example hide the form button until payment is made by paypal, or something similar?
