I have a project.

I want to create a directory using indexu to use as a directory of 300 of my own real estate new development web sites.

The project is maily 2 elements

1 design of an attractive template
2. adaptation of several specialist categories.

I want to use the directory as a resourse for international property investors to search for certain elements which will be my new categories:

country and region
size of deposit required to buy
growth rates by region (best to worst, we will provide data)
bulk purchase deals available
rental possibility
maximum mortgage required
inspection tours available.

Now each of my web sites (ie the targets) will appear in several categories but with a different value/featured in each category.

The template should be clean and enable us to embed screenshots and or images of the target url as well as additional data.

SERPS is very important, therefore correct manipulation of mod-rewite/.htaccess will be essential.
