Nicecoder is looking for a programmer/developer to work with Nicecoder clients to perform custom work for clients

Reporting directly to Bruce via instant messenger, email and the help desk, the prospective staff member will be in charge of giving estimates and performing work based on those estimates.

Wages
The prospective staff member will earn a share of the income earned from custom work. Share to be determined by level of skill and is negotiable.

Expectations
The ability to respond to help desk requests at a minimum once daily, seven days a week.
The ability to read, write and speak english fluently
The ability to spell properly or know how to use a spellchecker

Requirements
Working knowledge of IndexU
Knowledge of php/mysql/html/javascript/smarty
Ability to estimate
Ability to complete work on time
Ability to troubleshoot
A working knowledge of WPDirectory Pro and iDesk is a bonus

It will be a definite bonus if you also have a working knowledge of C++ and/or C#/C#.NET

Understand that if you are hired you will be required to sign a non-compete agreement that prevents you from personally contacting and/or working for any past or future Nicecoder client. This includes creating any third party applications for sale to Nicecoder clients. The NCA will expire one year after your termination.

You will also be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The NDA will expire two years after termination.

Both the NDA and the NCA must be notarized. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for notarization.

Also note that you will be hired as a subcontractor, meaning that no taxes will be submitted or withheld for any income earned.
