Need Directory migrated to new server & upgraded over weekend

Hi,

I am moving hosting from Hsphere back to Cpanel and would like someone to help with the move and perhaps upgrade to the latest version of indexu at the same time. Perhaps a fresh install of the latest version and migrate the databases across would be the best way to do it.

I am currently running indexu deluxe 1.21

Ideally would like this done over the next few days.
