Is there a theme? I think that would help people to decide if they can/will do it.

No... Actually I should have worded it different... I'm looking for a NEW custom theme Some or most of the theme could be copied / modified from an existing theme, but the home page will be different.

I have an idea in my head of what I want for the home page... I'm going to try and get it down on paper tonight
