Default looking for a coder experinced in indexu

I'm looking for a coder that experienced in indexu

my problem is about importing categories
I prepared my categories as a .csv file with indexu database style but couldn't import it exactly.
In fact, this is very easy for experienced coders, everthing is ready.

I submitted a ticket into nicecoder support team but they got me back with saying "we've lots of work now, we'll answer you soon" although 1 week pasted. So I couldn't wait anymore.

I'm pasting the exact subject below, there's an attached file as I mention below but couldn't paste now, I'll paste tonight at home, I'm pasting this so that you can understand my problem:

"I attached the sample excel file.

As you see here, there're 2 columns.
First one is singer, second one is title
I want to put "singer" names like my main categories
    and
I want to put "title" names like my sub categories

But each sub categories must belong to its singer's main category of course.
If I give an example from my excel file, there's a title called "Six Shooter" and it belongs to "Queens Of The Stone Age", so the "Six Shooter" title must be under the "Queens Of The Stone Age" main category, not "Quarashi".
    I think you understood this.

And of course all of these subcategories has links. I want it to be my main page. Yes all of my links are the same, www.mydomain.com

So I need to know how I should setup my excel file to import from indexu admin panel "import" section or maybe if it's easier, phpmyadmin can be second alternative.
But I've no php or sql knowledge, only I know modifying templates.

As I see from indexu admin panel "add category" section, there're some field to enter.
I want to set like this:

Name: this must be category name
    Description: again category name
    Content: again category name
    Visible: yes
    Link Submission Permission: Not allowed
    Registered users only: No
    Meta Keyword: again category name
    Meta Description: again category name
    Page Title: again category name

Also adding subcategories process is same way I think, the only difference is choosing "Parent Category" and I think it will be set in my excel file that you'll teach me how to setup.

Also there's a "add link" section:
    Title: title of singer
Url: http://www.mydomain.com (all of my links are same)
    Description: title of singer
    Keywords: title of singer
    Contact Name: title of singer
    Email: info@mydomain.com

All of my aim is to import my excel file which has over 20.000 lines, but of course I must modify it related to indexu structure for importation.

Please give me all details about modifying my excel file according to my main category, sub category and link wished that I explained at the above. I can change all of datas according to your suggestions for indexu structure in excel, I know excel very well, so no problem here. Please inform me also the important points for modifying this file.(for example I need to tab not space as I know). I can convert the excel file into txt also but I think I must modify/set/prepare my excel files related to indexu structure in excel and then after it, I can convert it to txt to import via indexu admin panel. Also we can use phpmyadmin sql commands but I don't know any sql."

However, my main categories are about 1000-1200 and subcategories are about 20.000 in total.

Please inform me about your help.

Attach the copy of your csv file and Ill have a look at it, Ive done alot with excel and indexu in making categories, it will basically depend on how youve set up the csv currently and just converting it over to indexu format...

Im guessing by links... your meaning songs?
    Like a lyrics directory?

So the detail page might have the song lyrics.....

Hard to say until we see what the current file layout is like....
    Cheers

    Dear Ezy,

okay I'll attach 3 hours later
in fact the structure is like this:

my sample excel file has 2 columns.
First one is singer, second one is title
title means the name of the song

there's no information in my sample excel file about detail page.
I'll inform it later, it's very easy

Could you give your msn please?

    Regards

    I'm glad you're interested
We will help you promote your service in nicecoder.com website, just like indexuthemes.com. Do you have better idea than that?

Nope I could do a small site for people to look at and for you to link to from nicecoder.com - maybe that would be the best way to do it. I run a webdesign company so i would be most comfortable with design/development work but i have done hacks, and know indexU pretty well so i could make blocks etc.

Im more interested in the data generation side of things as in categories and links while trying to stay away from dmoz extracted sites etc etc....

I would happily look at teaming up with a small group of people for the forum to maybe try and take on a bigger project/projects with indexu where we bring our different skillsets onboard......

Sounds like a good idea... however im not sure how it would work with you also offering paid "custom coding" isnt it a conflict of interest?

Yeh exactly, when i refering to the teaming up idea, that was differant to the custom coding.

Im really not up for the custom coding for $$$, I just helped out GTI because I saw it as a challenge and the bloke needed abit of help....

I think if there was to be a few of us maybe get togeather... we would need to come up with a plan of attack... and just work towards it.... i think we all agree the software is good..but like all software it can always use more features etc... maybe togeather we can help dody expand his product....

To be honest, my ideas are probibly way out there near ex planet pluto but I do seriously believe if a few of us got our heads togeather and put in abit of time... it would pay off alot more than if a few of us just do customizing of the script for new buyers... dont get me wrong there is probibly money to be made in that also but i tend to look at the bigger picture more than the short term gains....

You can offer template conversion and integration with existing website.

I guess my logic is that there would need to be people with a good overview of skills from differant areas of design.

I guess someone who is handy with php and using smarty for one....

I guess templating wise, someone who is upto date with CSS

another thing which might be handy, is someone who understands database requirements in regards to keeping it load balanced etc etc if the sites were to get good numbers of visitors.

Even from reading the posts here people like Inspireme clearly have a good understanding of Indexu, which is a huge bonus.

I get the impression that we are spreadout over the world, which would be good because we could maybe comeup with solutions that we can each run in our own countries without stepping on the toes of others.
