i'm new to indexu but translations are my thing. In one of the following days i'll buy a licence of indexu and then i will see how translations happen within Indexu and if i find time i want to translate it into the dutch language. My experience as translator is Official Joomla! translator for the dutch language. I'll update you as soon as i know the system a bit
