What kind of customization are you looking for and what is your budget for doing this (per site or for the 10)

My budget is whatever is necessary to do the sites. I'm used to working with outsourced labor, so full boat US prices will probably be a bit ridiculous. But you get what you pay for. ;-)

I need customization for layouts, functionality, reviews, SEO and help learning the CMS, etc. This will be for regional sites, professional directories, links sites, etc.

If you PM me an example of what you want to do to one site I can give you a quote. I'll tell you right now that it's not going to be as cheap as you would find on outsourcing sites, but I'm not crazy either.
