http://www.vbulletin.org is where you need to go for vBulletin assistance. They have that forum for three reasons

1) To ensure users get the help they need
2) To ensure that the users asking for help actually have a license
3) To try to keep as much vBulletin code away from non paying users as possible.

Now I know all of those are pretty tall orders, but the facts remain that you can get help for VB right from them and that this isn't a VB support forum.
