I am looking for a software which gives me the possibility of managing each emails which are delivered to an office. I want to see who picked up such email, what is the current status for that email, time for response etc... It must be almost CRM for customers which are sending tons of emails to my friend which is an owner of the internet shop.

Is IDESK a right soft for that ?
