Error Messages after a while in Indexu 1.21

Hi all,

i have an indexu installation upgraded from 5.4 to 1.21 De Luxe, but i ĥad this issue already before, after a while everything is running fine Indexu stops working and gives me the following error messages, any idea what this could be ? The error messages i get are the following:

Is you theme named "images"? If yes go to 1, if not go to 2

1) msg.php is missing, upload it to /themes/yourtheme/

2) You have the wrong path in application.php, fix it
