You should receive an answer tomorrow, all custom work emails were sent back to the help desk for the programmers to respond to.

Do you know when we can expect a response from the programmers? I had a reply asking for info on the 27th and responded to that but I haven't heard anything back.
We're keen to get this custom work completed as our website is nearing completion which we'd like the work to go on.

Honestly not a clue.
The programmers have not responded to most of the custom work emails and it seems no matter how much I yell at them, they still don't respond. I have no idea what the hell they're doing.
I'm in the process of trying to hire someone to do the custom work and hopefully that will resolve the situation.
I'm still waiting on a reply that I sent regarding changes to my custom work. I sent the last message on the 26th July.
You've got the payment for the work so it seems that you're not willing to complete the work. Could someone please reply to my ticket with the requested changes?

I have confirmed the problem with our tech support. The problem is that you ask revision two weeks after the work has been done. While we offer revision for 3 days.
I have seen a small request to change ip restriction to username restriction. Please wait, we will send you a replay today by helpdesk ticket.
