Customisations needed for purchase of links application

Dear Doddy,

I am sending you this request in all ways possible, i sent via email, via PM and its not working, so i am posting this here..

I am considering purchasing your application, but i will need one customisation.

I am requesting a nationality flag filter:

I want included in admin and user areas for persons who will be submitting listings to also select the country flag, or rather the nationality of the website. I should be able to see all listing on all and nay page with their contry flag next to them.. please see example below

http://www.dcsll.org/yp/compare.php (sorry script has some problems, but on the right and left are examples of how i would like the flag to appear next to the listing). All i want is the flags to appear next to their listing (in details view, in search view, in catgory view etc etc)

I should be able to "ONLY in admin CP" add and remove nationlaities (is that possible?). All nationlaities flags are controlled in the admin section. You can name the images 1.gig, 2.gif and etc.

Please provide quoatations for the project along with the software purchase..

We're sorry that we could no longer accept custom work because of heavy load of current project.

I move this thread to job request forum, hopefully experience member such as esm can do this job for you.
