Looking for someone to do some tweaking on link categories, I have fought with the code as much as I intend to, time to let someone with more knowledge have at it.

I am looking to minimize the amount of options available to free (basic) listings and then add features for premium, and even more for sponsored. I would also be looking to have an Ad management feature added to the site while I have someone working on it. I would like to be able to setup ads with a number of impressions and have them automatically rotate through each time the page is visited.
