custom dev help needed

With a prior version of my site I hade a feature
called "sweeps check" . The feature enabled users
to check off sweepstakes that they submitted on
our site.

I need to re-implement that feature using php but
don't know where to start. Basicly each user would be
able to toggle a check box either on or off to indicate
whether they have entered a sweepstakes listed on our
site. This is similar to the "my links" feature you
have already built.

This might be a quick paid project for a seasoned php developer.

it is free for project posters, and there will be someone there for sure that will take on this project for a good price.
