When you say "environment" do you mean environmental stuff like greenpeace and the Sierra club?

If so I can provide you with a dump of http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Energy_and_Environment/ for $7.50 which includes categories and links. Of course if you don't the links you don't have to use them, but the cost is the same.

I didn't even see that you mentioned environment the first time I read the post, I thought you were just looking for "any" category structure.
