Jons, no need to parse output. Working with excel is the best way since you're using ms-access database. I see your website is plain static html file, isn't it?

1. Working with category is better using indexu control panel, since it's not so many and simple structure.
2. When you're adding links, you must re-arrange your database field in excel to meet indexu requirement. Your data need having the same field structure as indexu have. If it's done, you just need to save it as csv file (text tab delimiter file) using excel.
