Default Need 7/24 Techical Support

All we know the best directory script is Indexu.
We know you are working hard to improve indexu, Deluxe 2 announcement shows this. But you are releasing new versions with issues.

But we have live websites and a problem damages hard our live sites.
Want a live 7/24 technical support.

I voted no... I dont believe NiceCoder needs 24x7 support... But maybe 12x7.

I know NiceCoder programmers dont want to work the weekends, but maybe instead of every programmer working Monday thru Friday, one or two programmers can work Wed thru Sunday so there isn't two days without support.

I guess since iDesk went open source, all the kiddies are finding any and all flaws in it!

I'm willing to offer paid support, but I don't think you'd like my pricing.

I voted no by the way. 24/7 is not required.

7 days a week is required
12 hours a day is required, broken into three sections of 4 hours each (or similar)

Do it that way, and it looks like 24/7 support

Can be done. Lots of customers shout that support is weak but poll result is surprising.
Versions announced when they are not stable. I mean this when saying support.If i want a special thing absolutely i must to paid this.

Like Deluxe 2 Login block doesn't work with any browser and i have removed until new version. I have added a login link in my header. And i said before email verification is working wrong.It goes one browser page back, not going to my account page when clicking verification link on site.

I can not add official mail in admin panel. So many functions doesn't work,like as contact us plugins.And mails from posting site seems as unknown sender.
So i stopped my business and must to wait new working version.

And i learn timthumb's working myself.There must be a user guide or info with new feaures. I don't know coding so i am using script, if i know i was written my own script

And do not misapprehend me. I love niceocoder and indexu.

Almost all software has bugs, some more than others.

I haven't used 2.x yet, so I couldn't tell you how it is, or how to fix whatever issue you might be having.

Did he not notice the fact that my title still says "administrator" and I haven't been the admin for months?

With current state, it is almost impossible to offer 12x7 support. We even struggling to survive. Lets focus on what we have done so far.

I voted no, IndexU is a directory not a board it can survive one day waiting for support.

I believe a classic 8h support from Monday to Friday is OK!

This kinda all comes back to something I said a while ago. Before doing upgrades or adding new things to your site that your unfamiliar with, do a few things first:

1 - BACKUP YOUR SITE / DB AND FILES!!!!!!!!

2 - Have a mirror copy of your live site so you can use it as a test bed on another system

3 - BACKUP YOUR SITE / DB AND FILES!!!!!!!!!!

4 - Install WinAmp on your PC if you dont have any extra hosting space available.

5 - BACKUP YOUR SITE / DB AND FILES!!!!!!!!

6 - Always test everything thoroughly on a test bed before doing it live on your production site.

With this approach, you shouldn't need 24x7 support. I would still like to see NiceCoder do 8x7 ( 8Hrs / 7 days a week ) support, but the model above should keep everyone satisfied with just 8x5

Please note that we also have national holiday here. The last Friday we had holiday here. Yesterday we had an issue in our help desk and also some problem with indexu2.
