NOC Problem at IndexUHosting.com

IndexUHosting is experiencing some difficulties right now. The NOC where this server is located at is having some issues and everyone's servers located in that NOC are down at the moment.

I've been in touch with the NOC several times this morning and I'm being told the problem should be resolved within the next hour. I'll be sure to post back here as soon as the issue is cleared up!

I appologize for this inconvienence! I pride myself in the fact that we almost never have down time, but unfortunately, this issue is out of my hands!

The good news is, it looks like everything is back to normal. I've been trying to get the NOC back on the phone to get the final results but I'm sure they are fielding hundreds of phone calls. Every time I call I just get a busy signal.

Be assured that I'll keep monitoring the situation and post back if anything comes up.
