Looking for a Great not Cheap Host

I'm looking for a host that can provide the following!

Ability to host up to 20 or more domains on one account.
Running the latest in Perl, MySQL, PHP and upgrading when available.
Fast Servers and Great connections.
24 Hour a Day 800 phone support.
Located in the US.

These are just a few of the basic requirements I'm looking for. Anyone have a suggestion? I was thinking of getting a VPS at Interland but I haven't heard anything about them before.

Any suggestions let me know!

Here is a link to my current host with the Hosting Plan I'm using. I'm using Plan A.

They offer a ton of storage, transfer and have great customer service. The only problem is they are reluctant to upgrade to MySQL 4 on all their servers.

I decided to upgrade to a cpanel server because it was one of the only servers that has MySQL 4. The only thing is they are having a lot of prolems with this new cpanel server.

Up till now they have been the best hosting company I've came across. I've never had problems in the past with downtime. Only since the move to the new server. Now my sites been down 5 times in the last week.

I took a look at some of these hosting options as well but none really come close to what I currently have, cheaper though!

The most important thing when a new web server patch or upgrade is released is to allow other hosting companies to upgrade first and then if the patch/upgrade seems to be ok then - that's the time to upgrade.

Having been in the hosting industry for a long time I have seen many patches/upgrades causing programs to stop working, servers crashing etc.

here is another option I'm considering.

This is a Virtual Private Server with root access for $69 per month. It's loaded with all kinds of features except that you only get 1 IP number. There is no option to get another IP either.

Currently my host does all the upgrades on PHP, Perl and MySQL but with this plan I would be the one doing it! Not sure if I could handle this part.

I'm still looking though! I have a few other leads I'm checking into.

Most web sites will work fine using a shared IP unless you would like to install an SSL certificate etc.

Having said that - most hosting companies would provide a shared SSL certificate.

The main difference is the URL used for the SSL.

Your own IP assigned to your own SSL certificate: https://www.craven.com

With other words - more flexibility when having the option of extra IP's but not necessary in most cases

I just move my site to PskHosting http://www.psekhosting.com/ and I am happy with them, good support, good price but no phone number, 20 domains in one account but no IP. A small company check them out!
