Help with User CP

Hello;

I'm new to this and just today started editing and designing a new Links directory and something has really stumped me, on the main page, top links , My Account, it should go directly to login for registered users but it's displaying a blank website page, i've checked other sites using the same format and they all point to the same URL, www.mysite.com/cp/ and then open /login.php?f=1&b=cp%2Findex.php . Can anyone help me out and tell me what I have done wrong?
