Upgrading from Lite to Paid Version

I've been looking all over for information on how to upgrade from the Lite to the Paid Version - I installed Lite to see how it operates and added categories & links already and don't want to lose them -- is there any information on this specific task?

I think it will be hard, since the database structure in lite and version 3 is not exactly the same. For example, some attributes in category table in version 3 is not exist in lite version. Lite version is designed to show how Indexu works with minimum features.
