Tutorial Information missing

I went to Guides and Manuals to get a tutorial to upgrade my IndexU version and discovered the links below go nowhere.

For the PDF Upgrade Guide, check in the Client Area where you download Deluxe.

I'll have to check to see if I have any blank database spreadsheets you can use. I think I posted one here before when someone else was having a similar problem.

Those PDF's and Spreadsheets were created by Bruceper. When he left NiceCoder, I'm not sure where they might have gone.
