[tutorial] Building general web directory in a day

I manage to create my first general web directory (www.indexu.net) within a day. I work in the morning and it's running at noon. Then I do checking and finishing for about 2 hours. At night I announce it in digitalpoint forum.

Here I share what have i have done to build this directory. I hope this tutorial clear enough to show you how to use indexu from installing until you start promoting the website.
