It's like amazon.com recommended book/product. When you have bought their software, they will give you suggession books related with what you have boughtm perhaps you like it and willing to buy them.
The same goes with indexu. Instead of buying, your visitor must have favorite listing. Indexu will calculate and then suggest website that related with website in favorite listing. Perhaps your visitor like it.
