Multiple category

Dear all,
-Every country have provinces
-Every province have cities
-Every city have tourism location
-Every city have hotels
-Every city have restaurant
-Every city have travel
-Every city have event

Question
-How to create category for that requirement?
-How to submit the list to multiple category?

You might need to be alittle more detailed, I dont know about anyone else but its not very clear exactly what you mean..

If i have a link like Paradiso Hotels - Kuta Paradiso Hotel Bali - Legian Paradiso Hotel Bali
The link is categorize for Hotel category and located in Kuta (city) category.
Kuta category is in the Bali (province) category.

If i have a link like A gateway to international cuisine
The link is categorize for Restaurant category and located in Kuta category.
Kuta category is in the Bali category.

If I choose Hotel then open a Hotel directory which will be categorized by country, by province, and by city.

If I choose Resturant then open a Restaurant directory which will be categorized by country, by province, and by city.

If I chose Bali then open a Bali directory which will be categorized by city, and show all restorant and hotel in Bali.
