Default Explain the pricing structure someone.

    Hi,

I'm probably missing something very simple here but I can't get my head round the pricing structure. For instance how does the basic listing differ from the others. In other word what incentive is there for anyone to take out a more expensive link ad?

    Be gentle with me please

higher position in the category, PLUS whatever else you can imagine.

Its limitless really, the idea is you can use this feature however you would like. Maybe you want to give them a bright colourful box to stand out from the other listings, rotate them on the front page, or let them add photographs, a web link or email contact only if they pay - perhaps all non paying links have a no follow attribute in the link... Create your own package, to suit your needs.

    Default Hi, Makes sense

Thanks for the reply. Yes I thought if all that were available it would make sense but I can't see where to make the various distinctions between basic,Premium and sponsored. Could you run me through say how to give the "basic" links no pic but giving the "premium" and "Sponsored" links , pics and a coloured background. If you can think of a better example I'll go with it. I can't imagine how this is possible to set up in this admin panel.

    Cheers
    Colin

sponsored and premium already have a colored background.

For an image for sponsored and premium use something like

    if sponsored <%$image%> /if

You can search the forum for specific code as it aleady exists.

You set that up in the admin panel by editing the pages

You put it on whatever page you want it to be on, detail_link.html, browse.html, index.html or whatever.

Exact if code can be found on the forum but you'd need to search for examples.

Is what the code should be?
    <% if $sponsored <%$image%>%> <%/if%>
    or
    <% if $sponsored %> <%$image%> <%/if%>

Can you please put the exact code here? I am new to all of this.
I know where to add the code but don't know how to write code.
