Anyone know what mods were used on this site?

I am looking to build a site similar to Vacation Rentals, Vacation Homes, Rental Resources, VRWD.com

Is that possible with this script and do you know what mods/hacks were used? I tried looking for rentals on this forum, but couldn't find any rental mods. Thanks for any input you might have.

VRWD is built with IndexU, so I'd have to say that, yes, it is possible to do that with this script.

No idea what mods were used. An imagemap was used for the top portion which is pretty easy to do. Lots of direct linking to categories rather than using defined blocks. Google maps was used which is a plugin available for Deluxe. And a nice looking contact form at the bottom.

An image gallery was used, but this may not be an actual gallery. I didn't take too much time to look into that.

Overall, it simply looks like a lot of time was put into the site. You cannot actually rent anything from the site, it's simply a directory of rentals and gives you the ability to contact the rental owners.
