Wondering about support as well. I have asked repeatedly for a way to upgrade from a single domain license to 10 pack, but even after PM ing Owner while he was online ( I saw that he was online) offering to purchase upgrade, still no response. I have 2 support tickets open as well, did get one quick answer back from support ( which was a wrong answer, I found out the right way to do it thru these forums) but other one is still unanswered after two days.
Looks like I am on my own with this seemingly great software....
Funny, I got a trial download of the help desk software a little more than a year ago, and didnt buy it because I couldnt get support to answer questions i had.......now, new owner, same story
