Upgrade to new version of Indexu

Do we get free upgrade to the new version as if we're currently Indexu customer or currently running with version 3.X

Free updates for one year. Keep your INDEXU powered portal up to date without any additional fee for a year.

So the way I read it, if you are within the 12 mths from the date you purchased indexu, it's a free update ?

Can anybody clarify this is right ?

You should receive free updates within your licensed period of the software.

Not sure when Dody will finish version 4 but I remember that he vanished from the scene last time just before the release of version 3.

I am sure that he is currently working on the new version.
