Selling licence

Greetings. Some licences forbid it so I am asking that you. I want to buy a single licence for Indexu. The owner of this licence would be my company (two people). But what if we have to close this company? Can this licence pass to one of us? And if then are there any extra requirements than telling that you?

The single domain license is transferable to other party. So as the owner, you should email us about the new owner contact information so we can update the customer database.
