Questions about Deluxe Upgrade

Awww, CRAP, Bruce... I renewed it by going to view licenses, then I clicked View and Download button next to each of the two licenses I wanted to upgrade and then I clicked the "renew" link for each license.

Since this approach charged me $20 for the license, I figured it was the right thing to do, but it STILL won't let me download the deluxe license... Also I thought the offer was if we renewed the licenses before the end off January the copyright notice removal fee was being waived. Did I misunderstand that too?

Maybe I should just ask for a refund of the $40 I just paid and the $99 I paid back in '03 too... I tried... sigh!

I'm sorry, guy. Sometimes I just feel TERMINALLY stupid... It's 6:00 p.m. here. I think it's time for a drink now...

The copyright removal isn't being waived, it's just not required unless you buy or renew after Feb 1.

Your licenses are fixed up.

Thanks. When you get a chance tomorrow, I'd like to remove the copyright requirement from at least one and probably 2 of my 3 licenses. I'll be glad to pay separately for that. Just tell me how and when and I'll send you the $.
