2. Any documents or procedure for vBulletin 3.6.0 integration?

Yes, If you look at the orders page, you can see a paypal button, You should be able to use that to make your purchase,

In regards to Vbulletin, at this stage Im unaware of any mod for the intergration , there maybe users who have done it themself, but I dont believe Indexu can do that on its own at this stage.
