Pre-buy questions

Hi,
I own telia directory using the phpLD 3.2 script expansion pack, on a Godaddy linux server.
I plan to change to IndexU script buying single Domain license and Single Domain Installation.

My questions are:
1. You think server is ok for the script? Server Requirements i thing are ok
2. How quick can you make the install and the migration of the database? I can pay after you replay and give you the same minute my ftp settings.
3. Can all this done without to lose any of the links i already have (feature, regular and pending) and categories?

GoDaddy isn't a great host, but it should work fine.

The phpld database can be converted easily and somewhat quickly.

Catagories won't be lost, pending links I'm not sure about as I've never attempted to convert them. Featured links can be changed over.
