Paid? Waiting...

I paid last night for the script, but when I follow the link to the client area, I can not locate where to download? The email I received said simply follow the link to find the downloads.

Nothing is there? Am I looking in the wrong place? The email made it sounds like this is immediate, or is there a manula approval process also???

If you can log into the client area, there should be a area showing your purchase on the first page when you login,

It might have "Recent Order Activity" and then details of your order, if you click on the "View" button at the right hand end, it should take you to a page showing your Indexu Key, and a Download button, Click the Download button and scroll down to the bottom of the page where there is a link to download.

Thanks, but when I go there it still says "pending"... Eben though payment has been made, and email says to click link to download...

I've also opened a support ticket, but no response so far (only 18 hours so far)

Sorry mate, Im not a admin so there isnt anything I can do to help at this stage, Does it show your indexu key at all? or is that not showing at all anywhere in there?..
