Hi,

Three days ago, i've bought indexu with share-it.com .

Today, i'm always waiting my software :

- I've received no email for downloading indexu
- I've wrote to support@nicecoder.com but they don't answered...
- I've trying yahoo!messenger support but they're always disconnected !!

So, what must i do now ?

Ok I am not support here but my suggestion is don't buy from a 3rd party distrubutor because one they can over charge, and two they will not always deliver the product.

What I bet someone will ask you here is this, have you contacted share-it's customer service?

If so and they have responded then your best bet is to wait on them but if they have no answered then by posting in the forums will get the owners attention. He is a very nice guy and very helpful.

In fact, when you bought the software from here and want to paid by credit card, there is a redirection to share-it.

Today, i always waiting some news from nicecoder but for the moment nothing....

Ok well I misunderstood, sorry. Let me see what I can do, I will talk to the owner as soon as I can about this. I might see about being on his support team so I can officially say things about issues.

Also, let me read share-it's terms of use and see what they say about it.

Again, have you sent an email to their support department? If they are handling the credit card they might not have yet sent an email to Dody letting him know that you have paid in full. I will see if I can't get ahold of Dody and ask him about that.

I found the payment procedure to be confusing, I got a liscence key from shareit but was unable to download the software. I emailed dody who replied and sent me a username and password to get indexu software within about 4 hours...

Hi,

Dody has sent me an Email yesterday afternoon with my login and password.

He's sorry and said "usually download information is sent right after your order is approved".

I can understand this, and i'm only unhappy today with the support.

However, Indexu seems to be a great software and now I'm sure it has a great community too.

Not a prob, I gave Dody a few messages over IM that concerned him about this procedure and he responded while I was offline letting me know he was looking into it. Told you I would talk to him for ya.

Enjoy, great software but the errors will kill you if you don't do stuff right. *Goes back to debugging edited Indexu*
