    Default Nicecoder Licensing Policy?

About 2 years ago I bought a dmoz extractor license (and Indexu license too). In November 2009, I had to reinstall the computer OS and was unable to reinstall the dmoz extractor program, the forum was written, that the program support ended.
But I bought a license that was not time limitation, I'm not interested in its further upgrades and have the right to use the program.
And more: January 2, I created a ticket in the customer panel regarding dmoz extractor license, which still has no answer at all. Its was just 2 times closed without any comments. And 4 or 5 posts on the forum too, there is no response from anybody.
Dear Nicecoder team, you create a wonderful product, but you can not completely ignore you customers after they pay you.
Still waiting for any answer and solution...

    Yes, please.
    Ticket ID 4B3FAFC5
And, if possible, I would prefer get a key for the old, desktop version - it is much more convenient for my purposes.
